  I bought a taco salad. It was ridiculously small, like for a child. The cheese, meat, and lettuce were all gummed together. They called it a mini taco salad. I was hungry from driving 650 miles. If you want taco salad, go elsewhere.

  I visited the Taco Bell in Sevierville and had a good experience overall. The staff was welcoming and provided good customer service, and the restaurant was clean. The vegetarian options had good portions, and the fries were especially fresh and well-prepared compared to other locations I’ve tried. However, the veg chalupa had a slightly bitter taste, as if it had been fried earlier and reheated. Despite this, the overall experience was positive.

  Customer service is horrible. They leave you at the drive through window for 30 minutes or more sometimes

  Just stopped and had a wonderful interaction with the one and only Sabrina Sky. She made an amazing impression with her energy and personality. Keep her around!
