    If i could give no stars i would. This is genuinely the most awful sonic i've ever been to. I work down the street so I stop often, 90% of the time it’s drive through only and it takes 10-20 minutes, they say it’s cooking but the food is always lukewarm when I get it, 90% of the staff has an awful attitude when all you did was pull into a stall and press to order. one time i pulled in and every single one of them was sitting outside.

    Saturday at 7pm and at drive -thru: "I'm in the middle of training new people and it'll be 10-15 minutes before I can take your order." Because I know this location is notoriously slow, I had ordered in the app way in advance. I had tried to check-in at a stall before going to the drive-thru but the app kept throwing an error. Luckily I was able to tell them this in the drive-thru and get my food quickly. There were many other folks in stalls and drive-thru frustrated though. I understand your staff need training...but does it really need to be done during what Google Maps described as a peak time of being busy for you all? Perhaps wait until it slows down to complete training?

    Outside tables are filthy and sticky from pop being spilled on them, the lady employee is not very friendly. Didn't get my order right. Don't want to deal with her attitude, will go to a different one and hope for better service next time. We are here on vacation and liked it the last time we went in Paris Tennessee.

    There was styrofoam blended into my drink 👎 I thought I could just pick out the big pieces and eat/drink around it but there were actually super small pieces that got stuck in my throat and I was coughing them up for a half hour. Not a good experience, but the staff were nice at least

    This place was horrible. Push button wait 20 mins for someone to answer then was VERY quickly asked was this door dash Uber or something else I said no the person said well it's drive thru only right now thanks and then they went in about there business. Went to drive thru was asked AGAIN if it was door dash or uber I said again no. Was told be with you when I can. Waited 25 more minutes. Places order finally waited another 15 mins for food. Then I got sick from a berry citrus refresher. Pretty sure whatever they out in for the berry part was definitely old or rotten or something horrible. Not good when your there on vacation! This place needs to be more concerned about the actual people that's coming to this restaurant ordering instead of just to go orders. Or maybe get more staff, that's not so rude and disgusting. NEVER AGAIN!
