    Stood at the patio speaker well over five minutes…or longer. Waiter saw me a dozen times and just looked at me like she didn’t want me there. Finally answer but my lunch break was almost over. What a team!!!

    Placed an online order for pick up. Arrived at 8: 43. Per instructions we notified them we were in stall 9. On the screen it read they were on there way with our order. At 9:02 pm we had to notify them again that we were in stall 9. A very RUDE young lady came acroosed and stated " we are drive thru only". We then had to wait in line while other people placed orders before we reached the qindow to pick up our order. Slushies were melted and staff was VERY RUDE!!!!

    Don't eat here... ordered my food for a stall so my kids wouldn't bombard me at the speaker just to sit for 15 minutes and absolutely no one came to us. Pulled around to drive through for them to swear we didn't have an order until I pulled around and showed them. Then got my food went to a eat and park stall and opened my husband's burger to give it to him and there was a beard hair on the bacon. Walked over to the window and knocked. The manager said "i don't know where that came from, it could have come from anywhere" 🫩 I DON'T HAVE A BEARD NOR WOULD IT BE WHITE OR BLONDE. THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO ONLY OFFER A GIFT CARD. I requested the burger to be remade please and thank you for her to proceed to talk shit while looking back at me every two seconds through the window as she dirty handed the burger with no gloves on.

    My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant today at Bay 9, we pressed the red button and was told to hold before placing our order. We waited over 20 minutes before realizing the woman who was taking the orders was outside talking. We pressed the button again and I physically watched her cancel it on the headset. After waiting a few more minutes, we got angry and we decided Sonic didn't want to serve us anything. We went to Taco Bell instead. Do better

    I’m not surprised to see that there is already a comment of “rudeness” from this location. I called in my first complaint on a staff member after her being so extremely hateful to me, yesterday. I’m a new door dash driver in this area and went to the window instead of waiting behind cars to do my pickup. I didn’t know that I “had” to wait the line for an order. I would want their food to be as fresh as possible, so I thought it made sense to skip the line since there was space, and it was taking too long to take speaker orders. This employee came to the window and gave me a “what do you think you’re doing look” and then opened the window and said VERY hatefully that I had to wait the line and slammed the window right back. I’ve thought her rude of late, but this was the first time she spoke directly to me, so I told her when she opened the window back up. I told her who I was there to pick up and told her that she was really rude unjustly to me. She clearly did NOT like that I called her out on it. She got a defensive attitude really quick and said she wasn’t rude and that I was. She then went to get another lady to come back to the window to tell me the very same thing she had just told me. I said ma’am, your employee just told me that. I’m not a child, I understood the first time. She said, and I quote “well, i’m the boss.” I then said I didn’t care who she was, and that I didn’t need to be told again. She then said, well you keep on…which was ridiculous. I was simply waiting for them to get the food and stop messing with me at the window. I have a perfect score and rating with doordash. When the staff member came back she wanted to know my name and told me she was calling to tell doordash not to send me there again and that I was NOT welcome there! I was appalled at her behavior before, but now I was mad. I spelled my name out for her and told her that was fine with me, that it would be a sale they’d lose and she said “NO, i’ll be getting rid of YOU” and pointing at me. She finally handed me the food and started laughing and waving at me as I drove off. I called once that delivery was over to report the issue… one, bc i’ve been in the restaurant business for many years and we’d fire for this type of treatment. Two,, you don’t need to be in a customer service position if you can’t handle the smallest of things without treating people like crap. And lastly, i’m also a PAYING customer. The older lady with white/gray hair is awesome here. My husband and I have said many times that she was always on top of things and so polite. I guarantee you she wouldn’t have treated someone in this matter. I definitely don’t want anything from this other than it to be brought to her attention. I described who it was when I called. This is the prime example of not knowing what a person may be going thru, and you should always be mindful of that in any environment, much less in this business. I would bet money that others that work with her or have been served by her have complained before. Please address and see that she does better. It was so over the top over a simple pickup order. Thank you
