- DRDonald Richardson1 day ago4.0I love this place. But the last time I went, the buffet was just not the same. All of the service members were very nice though. I hope this place doesn’t ever go out of business
- NLNick Lands5 days ago4.0The dinner was great. However, the menu has been condensed down quite a bit. That's a major disappointment. I don't like Shoney's future. I can see why it's popularity has dwindled.
- CGCatherine Garrison5 days ago1.0Very disappointed. Stayed the weekend in pigeon Forge with family, as we were leaving town to head back home all 8 of us stopped here to eat. We came to get breakfast and was unbelievably disappointed. Granted they seem to be VERY UNDER STAFFED, the place was very dirty. Floors were very greasy and slick. Cobwebs were literally swaying over our table from light to light. The food was not good or fresh at all. Meat was dry biscuits were SO hard. Even the gravy didn’t soften them. We were almost into a 2nd plate before our drinks came. I felt sorry for our server because they always get the brunt of the blow, an it’s not their fault. Most shoneys have died out and closed and this is exactly why, this one will be next. Poor management will cost a lot of employees theirs jobs
