  Not very busy when we stopped for lunch on a Wednesday. Buffett was just like the good old pizza hut days. Staff was very friendly.

  Been a long time since I’ve had a pizza buffet. Everything was delicious, fresh, and if you wanted something specific they were happy to accommodate! Giving 90s nostalgia

  Stopped in for the buffet. 6 out of 10 pizzas were gone. Waited 10 minutes for more pizza. Eventually more came out and was hot and fresh. Seen the waiter once then never after that. Ended up finding the pop machine and getting our own refills. Had an issue the night before with a delivery that never showed up so we ate for free. Would not recommend find somewhere else to eat.

  Was told to find a table. Most of the tables were used and dirty, waited 15 minutes before we found out we were supposed to order from the desk no one comes to take order. They did comp me a brownie. Brought food no plates or forks. Had to ask twice. While eating ants started crawling on the table so we left bathrooms were gross too

  I have eaten at many Pizza Hut locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. When my family arrived, we were told to seat ourselves, given menus, and instructed to return to the register to place our order. We did exactly that. However, about 20 minutes later, another family came in and was seated by a different employee, and their order was taken directly at their table. The inconsistency was frustrating and made us feel like we were receiving a completely different level of service. The restaurant itself was shockingly dirty. There was food and trash scattered across the floor, napkins lying around, crumbs covering tables, and the dining room appeared neglected. For a location in such a major tourist area, the cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of ice, and the drinks coming from the fountain were warm. Not slightly cool or lukewarm—actually warm. I’ve visited restaurants with broken ice machines before and still received cold drinks. That wasn’t the case here. What should have been a simple family meal turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had. Between the inconsistent service, lack of cleanliness, and warm drinks, this location falls far below what customers should expect from Pizza Hut. Management needs to take a serious look at this store because it is not representing the Pizza Hut brand well at all.
