  Ordered pizza online, after an hour of it not showing up I checked the app to see the driver went to the same road name as mine but Road instead of Drive which is on the complete opposite of town. I called the store and manager made an excuse that he was on a double delivery and that’s why he was late. That may be so but I watched him on the app circle around said Road for 15 minutes trying to find the address instead of Drive where it should have been delivered. Minutes later the driver calls me admitting he went to the wrong place and that his paperwork shows Road not Drive. I checked the app I did 100% enter the address correctly. I call the store back and get a female worker now who talks a mile a minute and will not let me speak, she constantly keeps trying to talk over me when I called them out for going to the wrong place and lying about it. Similar reasons is why I stopped ordering from this Papa John’s a few years ago, now I remember why.

  Food was not right when I got to delivered to our house, I ordered a Cheese pizza and a Pepperoni and Jalapeño pizza, well I got a Jalapeño pizza and a pepperoni pizza, then the food was cold and the crust was paper thin, I called to complain to the manager and he was the most hateful person and was like well it says thats what you ordered I went back into my app and it clearly shows I ordered the right stuff and he was like I don't know what you want me to do about it because what we delivered was right excuse me I can email you what I ordered and them tell me if you want I can remake it but it will take an hour to cook a medium cheese pizza then I can redeliver it in an hour and a half tell me how its right my children have to wait for your mess up juat saying, I dont want your food anymore I will never order from here again especially how I was spoken to and if your a corprate store Ill be calling them today to let them know how I was treated. Sorry but you will never get any business from me or anyone of my family.

  Ordered a large veg with pepperoni and garlic bread sticks ....pizza not done in the middle ...breads sticks thick in garlic butter ....wrote a review got a response from Papa John's for a remake of pizza had to call and ask for the manager and order was hung up on then called back manager didn't want to give me her name finally said it was Willow ...then told me I had to call within 24 hours to make it right ....email did not say that....I read her my email was cut off and told she couldn't do anything about it ....This location needs customer service skills classes ....very poor experience ! Don't visit this store ! Beware !
