The staff were very polite and friendly. Big shoutout for Joe and Mary for making sure my son has accommodations for his shellfish allergy. The food was fantastic and the baguette was also delightful. Best place to take the family for a seafood feast!

We celebrated our 57th anniversary today and it was wonderful. I highly reccomend the Crab Daddy dinner so good and our server Sydney was exceptional and made our celbration a great memory. Thanks Sydney and congrats on your future marriage GOD BLESS you

Didn't really like the food here as much as I used too. I think for my Wife, 7 year old son and myself, it was $170. Probably will not ever come back to Joe's anywhere, however we did have the absolute best waitress at this Pigeon Forge location. She was so cheerful and pleasant and did a great job at everything, Thank-you Lexus (sorry for the spelling)

It started out promising and went down hill fast. Drinks came out with appetizer. Food came out warm not hot without butter, had to ask several people for butter and mushrooms that were ordered but not delivered until the meal was 80% done. I could see if it was busy but it wasn't. The manager did apologize and discount the check but would have rather had a good meal and a good time.

The food we ordered was delicious. The amount of food you get for the price was a little one sided. We ordered a cup of clam chowder and I bet it was barely a 1/4 cup. But it was delicious just over priced. We had a large lunch so we were eating light for supper. Ordered 2 garden salads (no meat added) and 2 cups of chowder, water to drink. Our bill was $51 dollars. The service was great , I didn't particularly like being seated in the bar area,it was a stormy night and the restaurant wasn't busy, so I was confused why the few people who came in were stuck at the bar seating. Either way I will not complain about the quality of the food because it was very good.
