  My food was fair. Kinda higher priced for what you get. Service was less than good. When sitting eating my food I heard all the gossip of the restaurant along with all the TikTok and Facebook reels of the other employees not doing anything but hanging out on their phones. Wish if would’ve been of a more professional setting. Not to mention the person talking my order asking for a tip by saying now you have paid answer the question on the screen. I like to give good reviews but It was almost like I was an inconvenience while in the restaurant.

  One of the cleanest and friendliest locations I’ve been too. Service is always fast and attentive, able to guide you through an order if you have questions. I highly recommend.

  My wife likes how shredded the lettuce is. Been here a few times. Very consistent.

  Average, your employees should really ask someone if they want their sub toasted. I could have made a better sandwich at home with much less lettuce and more meat. Highly disappointed

  First let me say this is the first time trying the Sevierville location sents it has open. Now everyone of the employees there was super nice and the sandwiches was made quick. Only thing is the meat isn't much for the price you half to pay it's more lettuce and tomatoes or what ever else you have put on it. Potato salad was pretty good. Of your ever in the area and haven't tried a Jimmy John's then swing by and give them a try want hurt to try it one time.
