  Sandwhich are hit or miss Sunday is the worse to get a sanwhich and hardly any meat on the sandwhich . More vegetables than anything.

  I ordered a chicken bacon ranch yesterday and it had a centipede looking bug in my sandwich buried in the lettuce. I’m disgusted. Don’t eat here.

  This review is not about the food. But it still left a bad taste in my mouth. I stopped by this new business to drop off a donation letter for an event my business is hosting for a local non profit. I was told "we do not make those decisions here in the store, our corporate office does." Perfectly reasonable. I left the letter and my contact information. I waited a week or so and sent an email to the generic contact button from the Jimmy John's website. I just sent a hey, quick follow up, anything I need to do here? I received a response that each individual location makes their own decisions about when and how they donate. Interesting, but still, no big deal maybe there is just some miscommunication. This is a new location, so maybe they just don't have that figured out yet. I waited another week or so and then called the store. I was told "We do not do donations for any organizations for any reason. We can't even do ads for local school sports or anything. Our franchise owner will not let us donate at all." Now, I fully understand that businesses can't give away everything for free and if they want to decline my request, that's totally fine. But to be told they don't donate to anything, ever? What a statement. What a way to introduce a new business to the community. What a way to make sure that I will not EVER purchase anything from your business. There are plenty of ways to say no, but I'm pretty sure this was the worst possible way to say no. So, if you are part of a girl scout troupe, a youth sports program, a local school, or any kind of nonprofit in the Sevierville area, you should probably get your sandwiches from someone else.
