Before we could even say we had an online order at the walk-up space, the lady was already rude and saying we would have to wait even longer (an extra 30 minutes for a few drinks that we ordered ~15 minutes ago online). I never have had such a negative experience at a dutch bros that I have had at this one, the one where I live is way better and better service overall.

If you’ve never been to one it’s more upscale than Duncan less less scale than Starbucks. It’s right in the middle. They offer adorable pup cups that was my favorite part. Honestly, their sandwich sliders are very small, but hit the spot. If you’re just looking for a quick bite taste more microwavable nothing fresh about them. Their drinks options have plenty to choose from and are good enough. their prices are much better than Starbucks, which is such a nice wallet break! Lol

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
