- ABAmerican BunnyMay 9, 20261.0Bought a iced latte today and had a chunk of old cream in my cup it was literally a chunk I took two sips and noticed it tasted foul, so I poured it out and had 2 clumps of creamer, which makes me believe that these machines are not being cleaned properly, so bad that I gagged to the taste . Never going here again and I will be calling the health department.

Every time I come I get a mouthful of coffee grounds or my order is messed up. I hate French vanilla and I ordered the easiest thing it’s extra large coffee with six Splenda and cream recently. Every time I go I get French vanilla the only one that is competent and making coffee in that store is the morning crew Emmy, and a few in the morning any other time they mess up your order.
