Donuts were stale, not just one flavor but all of them. The jelly donuts had no jelly in them not a little I'm talking 0, the vanilla creme donuts had no filling aswell 0. The drinks had so much syrup in them that we could not even drink them. Seems like there needs to be some well needed training at this location, I understand staffing issues at alot businesses are affecting service but this was really bad. I could understand one or two mishaps but the whole order was frankly nasty. Do better.

The line is usually very long, and not helped by the fact that you usually get to the microphone and they ignore you for a few minutes. I used to work in fast food, and the stores track how long it takes to complete an order. The employees fudge the numbers by ignoring you for a few minutes so they can get the previous order finished before they take yours. It makes their time per order look faster than it really is to the system. It isn't really the employees fault, these places are usually a combination of under staffed and staffed by workers who don't want to be there, so they don't hurry any more than is absolutely necessary. Not really complaining about the staff, I've been there and I get it. Still annoying though.

There’s a Dunkin’ 2 seconds down the road that makes everything correct and has good service. Almost seems like they send the lazy workers specifically to work here. Food is good 1 out of 3 times.
