We had a blast here while visiting with a friend! They have a pretty great deal for $55 unlimited play, which is pretty cool. Limit of 1500 tickets and some games you can't play, but still worth it if you're juySt there to have fun! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when my boyfriend lost his wallet! Thankfully a good Samaritan turned it in and the bar staff held onto it for safekeeping! Great place for family fun, and while I didn't eat at this location I have at others. Their food and drinks are pretty good!

Don't go if you a quiet place to eat. This place has games and people were having fun. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday (had a wonderful time). The food was very good and so was the service. We will definitely go back.

When we first walked in, there was this older lady just sitting down and i’m pretty sure she worked there, but of course she was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention and didn’t bother to help us, maybe she was on her break but you would think she would’ve got someone to help us. so this man comes up to us and asks “are yall wanting to eat?” so i look at my brother and his friend asking if they want to eat and then not even after i ask them, he asks again very rudely, “Are yall wanting to eat!??” and i say yes, me and my boyfriend will. he was VERY RUDE. luckily when we sat down our waitress was very nice, tipped her well. i was already frustrated and just let my boyfriend talk to her and order for us. the food was great, but they really need to work on their customer service and friendliness. the guy just really got on my nerves.

No one in the parking lot, NO one in the restaurant. NO one in the game room. GHOSTTOWN. We visited after Labor Day weekend on a Monday. My husband and I celebrating our anniversary. We had visited this same Dave and busters with friends and their kids several times no problem. This time was horribly different. We went to the first Willy wonka machine with $100 in tokens. The machine kept breaking and throwing an error code. After not even 20 mins all $100 in on our Dave and buster card were gone and we could not find anyone to help us. The machine was glitching and throwing an error code and all our dave and buster card was depleted and the $100 gone. After 45 minutes we finally find the guy that help us the first error code on the Willy wonka machine and explained the situation. He laughed and said yea it happens. Anyway not even a hour there $100 later we left disappointed and RIPPED OFF by Dave and busters.

For my daughter’s 21st birthday we decided to be at the bar ordering her birthday drink at Midnight. We made our way to the bar found the least messy spot and sat ourselves and explained the plan. We had her passport as the license would expire upon her birthday so we were prepared. Manager came to check all the documentation, which I applaud, and we placed our drink order. Countdown began. We received our drinks which she tasted and was unimpressed but Mom’s a trooper and took care of the drinks. Asked if we could order something from the kitchen and was told the kitchen was closed. We sat for a bit longer and saw food come out to other guests. Then had new guests walk up and order from a different waitress. Was hoping for a fun birthday experience and was terribly disappointed in the condition of the place and the care from the staff.
