  Went there tonight for the first time and had the most amazing experience! Alan the manager on duty was absolutely amazing and took care of everything we needed! No waiting for anything and we had so much fun can’t wait to go back again!!! Great food drinks and the arcade is awesome. I would totally rate Alan and this location 10 stars if I had that option!!!!

  Our group had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s in Sevierville, TN. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us , so nice, so patient, and very professional. The place was impressively clean and had a real high‑class feel. Highly recommended for large groups.

  My husband and I visit every other Wednesday for our little date night tradition, and we always have such a great time at Dave & Buster’s in Sevierville. The food is consistently good, but honestly the service is what keeps us coming back. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and creates a fun atmosphere from the moment you walk in. We love that there’s something for everyone… great food, drinks, games, and just an overall laid back vibe where you can relax and have fun together. The arcade is always a blast, and it’s one of the few places where you can genuinely feel like a kid again for a couple hours. Definitely one of our favorite local spots for a fun midweek escape. Highly recommend for date nights, families, or just getting out and doing something different!

  They operate a ghost kitchen that you’ll find on DoorDash called wings out. Apparently “corporate” tells them that they need to send their wings out completely unflavored and the dry rubs will come in a container. So you’ll spend 30+ dollar for a DIY meal that won’t come out how you expect what so ever. Whether this was a lazy kitchen mishap or a corporate policy , it’s a joke and needs to be corrected. Thank god for DoorDash being able to refund , because I’m sure they would have not been as reasonable since they think it’s okay to send food out the door like that.

  Went tonight just to have a night out with someone ordered two drinks and theirs come out right mine come out different than what I had ordered and instead of the bartender asking if everything was ok she just handed my check and when asked about the mix up on the drinks she said that’s what I had ordered.. I get it things happen but when your asked hey is this what I ordered and tell them what you ordered and she says something else is what you ordered then they there appears to be a problem. I can promise I will not be buying anymore drinks there. The games were fun and the service at the redemption center was good just was unimpressed by the bar service in general and it made me wish I would have just went to a regular arcade to avoid situations like this
