  We love visting this dave and busters every time we are in the area! Everyone is always helpful and Monica has went above and beyond multiple times to make sure our experience was as great as it could be!

  The manager Alan made absolutely certain that we had an awesome experience when we visited on June 25 for the unlimited wings and gameplay special that is available while Team USA World Cup matches are occuring. This was the USA versus Turkey game and we greatly enjoyed the superb naked and honey BBQ wings while watching the match even though Team USA lost the match because of a late last goal by Turkey. We interspersed the wings, fries, and drinks with gameplay breaks. I also really liked their crispy sweet potato fries. It was a most enjoyable night and our sever Angeila took fantastic care of us throughout our entire meal and we are unfortunately very needy regarding what we require from wait staff. I do not mean rude, just that we always end up asking for quite a lot. But we always try to take note of that and appropriately reflect that in their tips. Angeila had a superb attitude and got us everything that we ever needed in a most timely manner. The manager, Alan, went out of his way as well to ensure that our entire three hour visit was extraordinarily smooth and he was most helpful throughout. I also visited for their Fever special event on July 3 where they had a BBQ buffet combined with unlimited gameplay and live music. During that subsequent visit I had the same high-quality experience. Meghan served me on that occasion and the level of service that she provided was phenomenal. I specifically liked the flavor of the BBQ thighs. They had an awesome live band that played from 8pm-11pm called Liquid Velvet based out of Knoxville and they really made the event a complete blast. They were so good that plenty of us stayed around to listen to all of their sets until they finished right at 11pm. They far exceeded any expectations that I had going in for the live entertainment and they really made the event come to life. Their lead female vocalist was absolutely amazing and the entire band just went above and beyond to make sure that all of the patrons had an awesome time that night. You can trust that you'll have an outrageously enjoyable experience at this location and if there are any issues, I'm confident that Alan and his management team will resolve them to a most satisfactory degree.

  Reply to the D&B owners comment. I did reach out to your contact us and phone number. Your EMPLOYEES told me "We are sorry, hope you have a better experience"! My family and I visited this location on June 18th and it was our first time at Dave and Busters and definitely was our last. Food was dry and salty. Waitress took forever to bring our drinks, food and game cards because her boyfriend was there and she would rather spend time with him than do her job. Music was very loud and the guy at the prize section was rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone let alone family and friends to go to Dave and Busters. Don't even bother to reach out to guest relations to tell them about your experience because all you will get is "we are sorry, hope you have a better experience". You want good food and service? Go to Main Event in Knoxville and you will love it!

  My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. We were there with our two young children and planned to have dinner and a few drinks while they played. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but he was an unkempt, overweight man with facial hair. From the moment we approached the bar, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to serve my 40-year-old husband because he didn’t have his driver’s licence with him. He then refused to serve me, even though I had my wallet with my Canadian driver’s licence and all of my other identification. He insisted I needed my passport because I was Canadian. We’ve been in Tennessee for almost a week and travel to the U.S. frequently, and we have never been told we needed a passport to be served a drink. I asked to speak with a manager. She was much more understanding and told the bartender to serve me. Shockingly, he simply shook his head “no,” ignored his manager’s instruction, and refused. Watching an employee openly disregard his manager in front of customers was incredibly unprofessional. After that interaction, we no longer felt welcome or comfortable staying. We had intended to have dinner and enjoy a few drinks while our kids played, but instead we waited for them to finish and left. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the bartender was rude, disrespectful to both customers and his manager, and the facility was dirty. We won’t be returning and would not recommend this location

  We spent so much money here only for the games to keep messing up and when we asked for help we were treated like a problem. The guy working in the gift shop was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. The game continued messing up for us and other after he told us it was fine. Love the other locations but won't be back to this one.
