They added extra food when I asked, but the acting supervisor dismissed the unprofessionalism. Main manager who had stepped out is great... Spoke to him on another matter another day and he was very hopeful in trying to resolve a rewards issue. Staff could use some direct coaching to help improve service.

There should be some standard portion size that customers can expect when they’re paying for a full meal\. If we were even a dollar short on payment, they wouldn’t accept it—and that’s completely fair\. So why shouldn’t customers receive the full amount of food they’re paying for? 🤷🏻♀️ Some will give a spoon full n some literally half spoon. They really need to work on keeping it same for all. I love Chipotle’s food, but unfortunately, the portion sizes have been a consistent disappointment for me\. I really hope they reconsider this approach and focus more on giving customers better value for what they pay\. 🌯

It’s not sanitary or safe to eat here Have horrible customer service skills as well. Everyone seems bothered that you’re there to get food.

For that much money you’d think it would at least be full. It had a couple pieces of lettuce and maybe a tablespoon of guacamole. Chicken was dry.

Sneeze guard and work station was filthy. Trash on the floor in prep area and in dining area. Trash cans overflowing in dining area. Tables all filthy with food from previous guests. Had to ask for silverware and napkins because they were out (associate rolled their eyes when I asked).
