  Chipotle has been my “go-to” place for 16 years, but this time and several times recently it failed us again, and several family members were sick with stomach cramps and other glutened symptoms. When I told the team members we were gluten free and requested a glove change, 1 guy pretended that he couldn’t understand English and asked someone else on his team what I was talking about, but they answered him in English. Then he left the food line and pretended to be busy. He poured all of the old food Into the new containers (gross)! Finally after waiting a few minutes, someone else came to help us. He prepared the first 3 meals, and the 4th meal - he did half and passed it back to the guy who wouldn’t change his gloves. I asked him to change his gloves, and he got upset. The lady on the register jumped in with new gloves a d got new cheese and lettuce. The food line was very dirty and so was the seating area. Unfortunately, both celiacs were sick very quickly after dinner and the the gluten intolerant people in our family also experienced negative symptoms. Avoid this place. Don’t let it ruin your vacation!

  Really bad experience for the first time at chipotle here. A sorry scoop of rice, insisted more and still didn’t get more that I asked for extra side of rice while billing and they gave me rice in a sauce cup???? Just so meh. Took me 40mins even after being the second in life because there was only one person serving No spice or salt? Very bland flavoured. Red salsa tastes like ketchup. Tortilla chips were moist as well Very unhappy. Never going back. Chipotle always made me feel safe going back time and again but this time, it failed me. Thanks Chipotle, pigeon forge!

  As it was my first time coming out to Tennessee. I have never been so upset with chipotle. I ordered an “Adult Cheese Quesadilla” and i got the littlest one possible. This is unacceptable chipotle I’m from Southern California and they’ve given me the bigger one for adult ones.

  On June 15, me and my fiancé came here to eat dinner and the service was terrible. We waited in line for 35 minutes to pay for our food. The best part about our experience was the poor Hispanic woman putting food in the bowls she carried on a conversation, even while the line was backing up out of the door. She was respectful and tried to get someone to come to the register and check people out. The old woman at the register needs to be placed on a different task. I’m not complaining. I’m trying to help Chipotle because I don’t want to see them downgrade because of the service Chipotle has always been good but people do not want to wait in line for 30 minutes coming from restaurant atmosphere I understand that food is not the biggest priority in the world, but the woman who was running the register. Had a bad problem with walking off and leaving the register, empty overall food as well.

  I did an online order to beat the rush (FYI - there is no drive thru at this location). I entered the building and went to the register (where I was ignored) while they continued to wait on the 5 people in line (even though there were time gaps between their orders and them paying) Finally, I asked, is this where I pick up online orders, or do I need to go through the line to pick up my online order? There were 2 people present, I was acknowledged by 1 of them, she deferreed my question to the other woman, who looked at me and did not answer, but again just ignored me like I wasn't even there. Finally, I saw a lady who was working the to go station put a to go order on a shelf. She then finally decided to acknowledge me asking can I help you with something? I looked at the shelf (where I finally saw my order) and grabbed it and left without acknowledging her like she did me. The food was great! The portions were great, but the customer service was terrible. Had they just greeted me and taken 15 secs to answer my question, then I could have been in and out (which is the point of online orders).
