  We pulled into the lot and didn't see many cars, which prompted us to check reviews first before going in. We are not local, we are visiting, so we wanted to see why it appeared so empty close to dinner time. The first 4 or 5 reviews to show on my phone weren't the best, but we continued inside to give it a chance since my wife loves BWW, and we made a plan to leave at the first "sight" of anything mentioned in the reviews. It was only a 4 minute wait to be seated and the establishment was very clean from what we could see. Our server Laney wasn't overly friendly but I'll take efficiency over friendliness any day, and she was in fact efficient! We ordered and the food was great! The drinks were also great! The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was because it appeared Laney was on her own hence it made our wait time for second rounds a little longer than expected. To be fair, her service itself was great, but with 2 bartenders chatting it up together at the bar (with no customers sitting at it), they could have at least helped her out and perhaps brought the drink over so we didn't have to wait so long. I considered canceling that second round but decided to keep it, 'cause it was tasty... but just to give you an idea of the wait time. Other than this small "setback" we were extremely pleased with the experience and felt compelled to leave a review to help 'em out since only negative reviews popped up for us when we looked.

  We got the bottomless appetizers, Mushroom & Swiss Burgers and the Spicy Chicken Dippers. Our food arrived quickly, and was fresh, and delicious. The service was great. Selina, our server was amazing!

  This place probably is the WORST managed Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever seen. They’re constantly running ONE server to death while they’re NO WHERE to be found. TVs not working, slow To-Go due to understaffing. I feel truly sorry for the servers in this building as they take the heat for the TERRIBLE management skills of the person running the building.

  Our food came out hard and cold we were not informed that there was an up charge for every thing, literally. The dipping sauces that came with the wings we were charged for, we were charged extra for the sides that our food was supposed to come with already, and when I called to inform the manager he was extremely rude and condescending.
