Very disorganized. It took 19 mins to get 1 thigh. 1 wing, 1 leg, 1 breast, 2 green beans, 1 dirty rice and 1 mashed potato. Staff were very friendly, but the process for providing food was very broken.

Employees kind of focused on the drive through. No one ever took my order in line; I had to order on my phone. No one working too hard here. This is the only bad BoJangles I've been to.

Only had fries here but kinda seemed like they gave me the bottom of the barrel fries. They were small and then like the shoe string fries. No bueno

They use Ai to take your order at the drive-thru. I object to that because it takes a job away from a human. The food was good. The only human I saw forgot to put a stirrer in the bag for my coffee, so the coffee wasn't good. I won't go back.

We ate here on June 10, 2026, around 6:30 PM, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The manager who took our order was extremely unprofessional. While in the kitchen and at the front counter, she was loudly telling employees that four people had been fired that day and that more employees were going to lose their jobs. This conversation was taking place in front of customers and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. What upset us the most was watching a young employee, who appeared to be around 18 years old, come back from lunch and clock in. She was told to clock back out, and the manager then informed her—in front of customers and other employees—that she was being fired. The young woman was clearly embarrassed and upset. Personnel matters should be handled privately and professionally, not in the lobby where everyone can witness them. The manager was also rude when taking our order and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. At the time, there were only a few occupied tables and one vehicle in the drive-thru. Despite that, we waited several minutes just to place our order and then another 10 minutes or so to receive it. We were also told there was no lettuce available for sandwiches. My wife and I eat here regularly, about once a week, but after this experience we do not plan to return. The employees deserved better treatment, and customers should not be subjected to witnessing staff being publicly humiliated. Professional leadership is critical to a restaurant’s success, and based on what we witnessed, serious changes are needed at this location. Please note the manager running the drive thru was not part of the yelling going on.
