- JEJeremy Edmondson4 days ago4.0Prime location for this exceptional specialty offering. All of the classic B&J flavors coupled with quick and friendly service. While the inside is lacking in seating, the portions are generous. A bonus is that they close an hour later than everything else.

This year they made us a Vermonster for the 4th of July, which was awesome since the other Ben & Jerry's locations we checked don't offer it anymore. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they were happy to make it for us. They always make us feel welcome, and it's become one of our favorite traditions during our annual camping trip. We can't wait to come back next year!

Always clean, always fresh cones and plenty of options for everyone in the family. They dont just have ice cream they offer milkshakes and even delicious dairy free options which is really awesome for those in my family who can't tolerate regular dairy ice cream. Always a great time visiting this place its our favorite spot to stop on our trip to pigeon forge & Gatlinburg. Definitely will be coming back for more yummy ice cream treats!
