He gave her a seperate menu and told her she can taste test any flavor, and was opening brand new cartons just for her to taste test. He also weighed her cup of icecream so we could get an accurate carb count because my daughter is also a type 1 diabetic. Such an amazing and caring staff! Highly recommend!
