  Food was fresh and hot. The cashiers and servers that took our ordering brought the food to the counter. We're quick and understanding and helpful and very kind. Nice quiet atmosphere. Not a bunch of hooting and hollering enjoyed the experience

  The lady taking my order in the drive thru talk to me about what I want, told me the fries would be fresh and take a minute , then when I got to the window i paid and waited patiently for my food. I didn't have much to eat. After I got the food I headed on and realized I did not get the classic roast beef, instead I got beef amd cheddar. Not a fan of that. Had to eat it if I wanted to eat. Just double check everything. They do not seem busy. I think they just gave me what they had. Fries were warm but not hot like they were just made. Sad people can't get it right.

  Drive all the way there and it was 12:30 and no one was answering the drive thru window. Tried to call and no answer knocked on the door and no answer still . They close at 1am we would not have left the house if we had known they are like that . There were workers cars out front so I don't know what they may have been doing inside

  I don’t know who they have making sandwiches but hey need fired. I preferred 2 sandwiches and put remove onion bun and ADD a sesame seed bun but I what did I get?? A bowl of freakin meat and cheese with no bun at all. This is just ridiculous

  Came to grab a quick meal with the family and watched the gentleman working the front taking orders struggle to hear customers orders. Multiple people kept coming back up to say their orders were incorrect and while we tried to order had the same issue. Instead of helping their coworker the other employees kept doing anything but helping him deal with the frustrated customers. Maybe some team training would help.
