  I don’t know who has been making the drinks lately, but when I order and pay for extra cherries in my drink…I expect to get more than 2 cherries. I usually get at least 5, when I don’t order extra.

  Came to Sonic at 9:20 and waited 4 minutes to order and they was told we can’t order chili cheese tot because they are fixing to close! So we was ordering sides(snacks) as in ched ‘R’ peppers and was told only thing we can order was a small cheese stick! It’s only 9:31 when it placed! So heads up if trying to order anything because it sounds like they don’t want the business!! They don’t close till 10pm

  I placed an order with Sonic's in Selmer, Tennessee, online today. My order was to be ready at 12:07 p.m. I pushed the red button and the person was rude. Did not give any sympathy or care. They were running well behind on my order.

  Placed a order to carry home, couldn't go back to return and get the correct the order. Two large diet limeades, chicken sandwich, small fries, small tater tots, corn dog, cheese sauce.$21+ and tip. Got fries and tots upside down.(got that out of bag 1at a time, no cheese sauce, two large drinks of who knows what but NOT lime aids. Tried to contact the store but got a machine that doesn't allow talking or leaving a message. There is no reason for that. Don't have any problems with other sonics I have been at. No reason for this type on service. Horrid!!! Too much money for that type of service. Reality we had a sandwich and corn dog for over $21!!!
