  I ordered a sweet tea that was clear in color. When I noticed it, I turned around and took it back. Upon taking it back, I was knocked on the door and showed the drink to a young lady. She then told me that if I ordered another one that it would still be clear. I asked if they had brown tea as that is what I am accustomed to drinking. She said no we will have to give you a refund. Then I asked to speak with the manager and she said that the manager was busy. I asked her if the manager was too busy for a customer and she replied we are busy. After standing there for 8 minutes I finally got a refund. Bad business to sell clear colored sweet tea and then act as if Im crazy because I wanted it right. I though the customer was always right. However, at Sonic is Selmer. TN. The manager is too busy for the customers and the workers really don't care. Shame on you!

  I don’t know who has been making the drinks lately, but when I order and pay for extra cherries in my drink…I expect to get more than 2 cherries. I usually get at least 5, when I don’t order extra.

  Came to Sonic at 9:20 and waited 4 minutes to order and they was told we can’t order chili cheese tot because they are fixing to close! So we was ordering sides(snacks) as in ched ‘R’ peppers and was told only thing we can order was a small cheese stick! It’s only 9:31 when it placed! So heads up if trying to order anything because it sounds like they don’t want the business!! They don’t close till 10pm
