  We have in the past had several good experiences but on 8/7/26 it was the pits,it was busy and I completely understand that but we waited for almost an hour and had to run down one of the servers and had him check on our order and it had been mixed up and lost ,needless to say I am not happy so I most likely won’t be patronizing there and will tell others,when they realized what had happened they did offer to remake the food but another 10 to 15 minutes but I was done by that time so I had them to refund the money and I left,I’m really sad this happened because it is about the last good fast food restaurant in rogersville

  Good choice for a quick meal for me and my wife. It was easier to sit outside on the table, then to navigate the carhop stalls with our truck.

  Emplyees would rather be playing around instead of doing job correctly .. last few times of going ive had missing items, items not made correctly way over priced will not be back

  My burger was halfway together in the box pickles were even in the burger when i opened the box one fell on my leg. The fries were extra crunchy like they'd been cooked a little too long.

  Love the BLT sammich! The staff was great and I was even a little picky. I had to ask for new fries as they were cold and chewy, but they replaced them with a smile! The wait for our food was pretty quick too. Iwish more people would turn off their vehicles especially when it is not very hot out as we sat outside but it is Tennessee :o)
