  Came in for breakfast around 9am because there was a line wrapped around the building. Nobody was taking orders, so I had to use the kiosk, but I only had cash. After placing my order and waiting about 20 minutes, an employee finally asked if I was waiting on the Big Breakfast. I said, “Yes, and I still need to pay.” She told me okay and said to wait. Another 10 minutes goes by before the same employee checks the system and realizes… yes, I still needed to pay. Just like I mentioned 10 minutes earlier. So I asked, “Has the order even been started?” Blank stare. “No.” So basically I drove to McDonald’s to spend an hour watching other people eat breakfast 😅 Including the guy next to me who finished his entire meal, disappeared to the bathroom for 10 minutes, then came back just to loiter and stare at people. As someone who's worked in service.. When a customer has to wait 40 mins and its your fault.. Maybe do more than a blank stare. Maybe spring into action and make it happen. Not the greatest start to the morning. Hopefully the day improves from here.

  A couple weeks ago I brought a team of around 25 people on a serve trip.. the staff was amazing! Everything was perfect even with such a large order. On top of everything, we ordered 50 cheeseburgers to go and they had them ready in no time! Thank you so much!!

  The food is okay but every time I go to this location, and it doesn't matter what time of day it takes absolutely forever to get your food. Don't even try to go there late night after they close the dining room because you will be waiting between 30 and 45 minutes for your food. They don't ever have enough people which is why it takes so long. It's too bad too cuz the people themselves are actually pretty nice, they are just overwhelmed.

  I got the wrong order and they immediately fixed it and gave me extras! such nice staff. please give the night staff on apr. 27th their flowers!

  I came in today for a relief from hot weather. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. It is a pleasure to experience the above and beyond service from Danny, the manager. He greeted me, offered assistance at kiosk. He was inside, outside, at the cash register, and at every station in the back. He is like 4 persons in one! You want excellent, you will not be disappointed here. I can't wait to come back again.
