  20 minutes in a DRIVE-THRU line is a joke. This place needs to learn how to get orders out faster. The window to pay and then drive up to another window to pick up food is honestly ridiculous. Don’t go here unless you have a day to spend in order to get food.

  At this point I've been sitting an waiting on my food for 20mins its 130am an i was the only person in the parking lot when I pulled up now they're 3 other cars waiting on they order i ordered 2 sausage biscuits an a gravy biscuits no drinks nothing special at all.

  Open 24 hours with burgers served all day. Food is made to order and always fresh. Very accommodating to special request and will make your burger any way you want it, default is mustard with lettuce, tomato, pickles , and onion, but they ask anyway. Delicious fried pies and milkshakes. Specialty burger, chicken sadnwdhiches, chicken strips, and lots of breakfast items too. Were from Texas and love Whataburger, these Tennesse restaurants are getting better as they have done a good job working out the kinks in these new stores.

  The manager her name is Kelly. She was very rude to my fiancé, He is a veteran and we always have gotten a discount coming here and that was one of the bigger reasons why we came to Whataburger is because of their great discount and she was not only rude, but she said they weren’t able to give him a discount, we were barely able to afford it because we were expecting a discount Like they give every single timeand she did not whatsoever care or try to help the situation And then she walks away and has to send another lady out here which she was super sweet, but this is just ridiculous and the customer service stinks and taking away military discount is not cool. Get better employees Whataburger.

  I visited Whataburger for the third time on 7/17. This visit was just as disappointing as the first two. I ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. I was in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes before I got up to the door to pick up my order. The guy handing out food asked me what name my food was under and I told him that no one asked for my name. Approximately 30 minutes later they handed me my order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. I pulled in to a parking lot next door to eat and discovered that burger was not prepared the way I ordered it and was cold. I know that it’s challenging to open a restaurant so they got some grace the first two times. After this last time I’m done. I was excited to have a Whataburger in our community but this one has been nothing but a disappointment.
