  I had placed a mobile order with a double and a triple. Had 2 shakes and 2 drinks, and they all were fantastic! My only complaint was that I ordered easy lettuce and tomato on my burger with extra ketchup and mustard. Didn't get the ketchup on my burger, however it was on the triple that didnt have any ketchup added to it. There was a lot of lettuce on my own burger and we were missing our onion rings for the triple combo. For trying it the first time, I was a little upset being that we did have to wait for our food despite driving over 30 minutes to pick up (only place closest to us), and it came out wrong. Fresh, but wrong despite there being no one else when we came to pick up our order. It will probably be a while before I go to try this place again unfortunately.

  Had to wait 10 min before someone appeared at counter. It's after 12am. Asked if they could give me a large prickly pear drink in regular L cup & was told they would get fired...are you serious...how about getting fired for a customer standing in the lobby for 10 min...after ringing their counter bell 5x...DO BETTER POWEL....SHAKING MY HEAD!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE DEAD...DRIVE THRU IS OPEN, THERE WAS 1 CAR IN LINE WHEN WE WALKED IN!!!

  Brian was so friendly & helpful explaining the menu to us as it was our first visit to a Whataburger. We were just passing through but would love to stop back if we made our way through Tennessee again. The food is good quality and perfect portions. We left fed & happy!

  We went through the drive thru at 2am,after leaving the hospital we were so appreciative to find a open restraunt. We ordered 2 burgers and a chicken sandwhich.We recieved 3 burgers(all obviously old and nasty,and fries that were so hard they were completely inedible, no condiments as requested and no napkins.We paid 38 dollars. I do understand at 3am its not the same as lets 1pm but if you are going to serve food at that time at least care a little about what you are serving your customers!! Id literally eat anywhere before id eat here again!! Spend your money else where.

  First time visiting a What- A-Burger. Ordered the Western burger and Chocken sandwich...Burger came out with a 1" bacon and a few onion pieces, we showed the GM and she immediately remedied the situation, came back out with a beautiful burger and another order of fries...very satisfied with service and response, Brian was going around the dining room, checking on everyone, speaking with customers, thought he owned the store with how his demeanor was...the young man delivering food and taking care of the dining room was doing a super job, definitely a great place to have stopped! Flavor was exceptional!
