  Unfortunately, I decided to take my 30 minute lunch break here:( I wish I was joking when I say it took 25 minutes to put 3 chicken tenders, fries, and some ranch in a box. Nothing even needed to be made fresh, it just needed to be put into the box. The employees don’t seem to have any sense of urgency whatsoever either. If you are looking for something fast for lunch, you’d be better off somewhere else. The food wasn’t bad, but pretty much everything else was. I’d say with better management this place would completely packed out, and not just from people standing around waiting for their food.

  Absolutely horrible food. Employee was very nice but left out part of my order after I waited 10 minutes on a grilled sandwich. The rest of the order was pulled out of warmers and not fresh. The tenders and bo rounds from the warmer were limp and greasy. Employee was apologetic but forgot my fries and tea. Terrible. I had problems a few months ago at this store and was contacted by Derek. Supposed regional manager who apologized and promised me a gift card twice and never followed through. Honestly if he actually sent gift cards I would have gone to another location. He said he had the top stores in the area. This store in Powell is absolutely horrible and today was their last chance to change my mind. At $10 plus dollars a meal it should be edible

  Check your receipt! Reader board message says ham biscuits 2 for 5 . Was charged over 7 dollars. Went inside to get refund only to be told to come back in 2 days to talk to a manger because they weren't allowed to do refunds because another store manager was stealing money.

  I was in there tonight and I basically got called an entitled caucasian by the manager all because I asked her for a lid and told her if she gave me extras I would put them in the lobby. I guess she thought I was trying to be smart when I was honestly just trying to help her. So after waiting 14 minutes for a small order and watching another driver who just arrived get their food I asked her about mine. She told another customer right in front of me "let me get his because some people don't know what it's like to have to work for anything." Yeah I'm rich and entitled. That's why I am delivering food at 46 years old and wearing a shirt I bought at Goodwill. My life is so great. Employees like this is why people stop going to fast food. It's ridiculous. I waited patiently without getting acknowledged all that time just to get insulted by the manager for offering to help her.

  Sadly this location has the worse customer service. I've never been to a business where the employees are annoyed and upset that a customer arrived interrupting their free time. Definitely very unwelcoming and very unfriendly. Do not recommend this location.
