Beware that what you see on & order from the menu may not be what you get. Yesterday, I ordered at the drive up screen. Ordered a #7 (chili cheese dog, as shown in the picture.) Food arrived and I took it home to eat. I find not a chili cheese dog, but rather a plain foot-long with relish, etc. So, I return to Sonic figuring my and another order got mixed up. Upon arrival & explaining my problem an employee comes out & explains this is what I ordered! I told her no, I ordered a #7, and pointed to the picture on the menu. To which she explains that there are many options for the #7, and the person taking my order should have ask me which one I wanted (which they hadn’t.). This is not shown on the menu either. I was given what I intended to order and left. However, I still wonder how customers should know that what they order from a picture menu, with numbers, isn’t necessarily what they should expect to get!

Wonderful food, glad to have a sonic in my town. The food is good, the servers are nice, and it's overall a great place to get some quick eats!

The past 2 times I’ve gone, they have gotten my order wrong. Unfortunately one of these times, I was in a rush and didn’t realize til I got home. I’m tired of wasting my money on poor service.

Food was as usual, but I ordered with the app over 25 minutes before I actually get my food. Claimed to only have 3 people working, while one employee sat on break for the first 10 minutes.
