  Sum days this place packed the parking lot loaded. The carhops are great and food. Just not enough carhops to keep up with the game.

  Would give it a zero if I could. Not a rage review, but horrible service that have gotten consistently worse the last 5 times we've been here. It's not rocket science, and I understand establishments have staffing situations but come on. Case in point, a BLT with no tomato, add cheese and well done bacon, 20 minutes later, we get a cold sandwich with you guessed it, tomato and no cheese. They even threw pickles on there to boot! Been about 10 minutes waiting on the right sandwich (stay tuned.) If you enjoy dry, cold food not prepared correctly you have to wait a long time on only to get the wrong food (happened mutlipe times) than this is the place for you!!! Personally, I'd rather eat a glass sandwich then come back here. Stay classy Portland TN!

  It is unacceptable that I went through my order, explained to the gentleman exactly what I wanted, and he still got it wrong. I explained my order again, and he still did not enter it into the system correctly. We went over my order three times, and my food still came out wrong. That is completely unacceptable.
