  Had to have my debit card cancelled after going to the drive -thru and watching the kid at the window take a picture of my card with his phone before running it for my purchase. Absolutely no management whatsoever.

  Just spent 15 min and $15 for them to throw FROZEN bagel minis in a box and a luke warm sandwich. Iced coffee also is like water. Lady that took order was quick to say they don’t take the discounts but they do scan through the App so more training at this location is needed. Not sure why I even wasted my money here with so many other privately owned coffee shops in the area that actually care. Drive thru Sunday morning 3/8/26.
