- SWShoShanah Woodward-Peters2 days ago1.0Honestly the pizza was good . But the server was awful. Not sure of her name but she's heavyset and has short dark hair . My husband and I usually eat here at least a couple of times a month but I will never eat at the Piney Flats location again . I have witnessed this waitress being rude to others before and wondered why they keep her on , and why she chooses to do a job she so obviously hates and thinks is beneath her . Not only was she rude to us when we ordered , rolling her eyes, etc. but I saw her demean someone that came in to pick up a delivery order , verbally and also with the eye rolling again because they interuppted the gossip session she was having with another employee to ask for a drink holder . I know it's hard right now to find someone to work but come on Johnny Bruscoes, do you ever evaluate your employees and the crappy job some of them do ?! We won't be back and after reading some of the other reviews posted here I see this waitress has been a problem for others too . Your wait staff is very important in a restaurant, they can make or break you . JB might want to remember that.
- WCwe love ice cream6 days ago1.0Well, apparently their thin crust (which we have ordered several times before) has become PAPER thin crust. I thought it was so weird that the box felt empty when I picked up the pizza. Well, it’s because it was. Do better, people!

Her attitude about work was off putting from the beginning, should have got up and left but I decided to give it a chance since I love the Johnson city location. When you’re given attitude about everything you order or when you have to ask for a refill with an empty glass and half a plate of food, it’s pretty sad honestly. Normally wouldn’t even waste time doing a review but she was THAT bad. Too busy talking and cutting up with someone in the back to check on her tables when we got our food. Won’t be back to the piney flats branch but will continue to go to Jc for the service I have come to expect. Maybe she needs more training from them and to lose the attitude.
