My husband found two dead bugs in his salad & the manager said we will take the price of the salad off and send you a coupon. It was a $5 coupon. Disgusting. I won’t be visiting this location again. I’m not one to leave reviews but if a customer tells me they have bugs in their food I would go out of my way to fix it and take care of them, not just refund the cost of the salad
- AVAlexander VelvesJul 28, 20261.0I was just in there eating lunch and I witnessed something very unecessary. I saw two employees be scolded like 5 year olds in front of customers over napkins. Sad part of this is we’ve been coming in since they opened and one employee the man scolded in public is what I would call a staple at that restaurant. She is always there, working, friendly, going above and beyond, making customers happy. It was shocking to see her be treated that way. That’s not the first time we’ve witnessed him acting unprofessional in front of customers and we’ve asked who he is before because of his rudeness to the staff. Turns out he’s the district manager. We were also present when he yelled at a customer over a credit card issue that he ended up being wrong about. I don’t know what the owners are doing, but when you have good workers that people come back for, you might wanna treat them better than that. That was awful to witness and very unprofessional.
