I was just trying to get some food. It really put a damper on the whole experience. I definitely won't be going back anytime soon. Ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's objectives can contribute to a more positive and successful work environment. A focus on professional conduct and performance is paramount for any business. Such improvements can lead to enhanced operational effectiveness.

We ordered standard menu items, the food was not ready and we were pulled forward to wait 4 minutes. After 7 minutes the mamager walked into the lobby, saw me raise my hand at the door - immediately came out with an attitude. She was extremely rude with the "okay???" attitude, like her poor management skills are the customers fault, and she was very snippy and sassy. I dont understand why someone would be in leadership if they cannot have customer service. If I was that girl I would be embarrassed my shift was running so poorly, apologize and own it instead of making excuses and pushing blame. Not what leaders do. Shame on Bojangles for promoting her, shame on her for talking to paying customers with that attitude, and shame on the brand for not holding higher standards. There won't be a next time. Keep your attitude and poor performing location, ill keep my money. Read your own store's reviews. Its easy to have 4.6 - 4.9 star reviews JUST by providing great customer service. Do better. Enjoy where you work. Leave your personal stuff at home.
