Food was fantastic and service was great! If you only want one waffle or one pancake, order it as only 1. They are huge. Couldn't even fit a whole pancake into the to go container. 🤪 Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for a place for breakfast, and maybe breakfast to take home for a few days, given the big portions. 😁

Stopped in on vacation. Had the pork shank and luckily I stopped in when I did because I got the last one. It was delicious as well as the potato pancakes. My wife had the chicken parmesan which to be fair wasn't that great but still everything else was. Salads were great. Service was great. We always try to stop in when we visit there.

Greeted by 2 signs (pic attached) The top one I'm fine with, the bottom one should have been enough cause me to turn around and leave then. Refusing to accept cash? Doesn't sound legal, besides it discriminates against those who are poor or have bad credit! The pretzel was good however that was the only food that was tasty. The chicken schnitzel was so thin that you could read a newspaper through it and over cooked. The German potato salad was very tight and lacked the normal tang of vinegar. The Rotkohl (red cabbage) was also lacking in vinegar and salt. I wouldn't recommend!

The place was built in the '60s or '70s and they have not improved since then. The plumbing is terrible. The coffee maker is pathetic. There is no ice machine near our room and the parking is on a very steep incline. Very hard to get out when lots of cars are there. The pool is nothing special. There is no hot tub. There are no discounts from the hotel for food and the restaurant. If you don't eat pork or you just don't want bratwurst with your eggs, you might as well go to another pancake house on the parkway. Stand in line for the breakfast you want for the price you want. Otherwise, you'll get stuck with a $12 plain buttermilk pancake made cold by--what I believe was --waffle syrup they didn't bother to warm up. They charge $5 per two eggs and no refills on the orange juice. Terrible coffee. I had to go back up to my hotel room to make my own out of a Keurig I brought from home. I spent $70 on breakfast for four people at a place that advertises all you can eat pancakes but only has three kinds and one of them is apple strudel pancake with beer caramel! No thank you. The waitress was nice except she was extremely slow because she was the only server in the restaurant!

We love this place and always stop in when we’re in town. This visit was the best one yet! The service was quick and friendly, the recommendations were on point, and the food was outstanding. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here in our experience! We finally tried dessert (we’re always so full), and wow. The best Black Forest cake I’ve ever had, and the apple dessert was delicious.
