Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 minutes just to order in the drive thru then they take my money and ask me to pull around the corner and wait. There was 3 other vehicles parked around the corner. After waiting another thirty minutes I finally had to go ask where my food was and was looked at like I was stupid when they couldn’t read the receipt. I take my food and find it all in the bag, surprisingly. Then once I get back to my room the only thing in the bag that was right is the two orders of nachos and cheese and all of the food is cold. The drinks also tasted off and it wasn’t worth my time to have them replaced. Honestly if a restaurant can’t do better than this they should probably just shut down.

We waited 15 plus min just to order. If it was not for the chili cheese burrito we would have left they are the only ones that have it. The worker that took our order was rude at first but soften when we thanked him for working late so I could gave the burrito. I would not recommend any to go there after 10pm they are short staffed and not nice or even moderately fast.

I was quiet disappointed with behavior from Brandon for two reasons; however, I understand when busy people forget, but I was more disappointed with his attitude and his behavior.
We ordered food from drive thru taco bell app. During placing an order, I precisely asked for some sauces to elevate the taste buds. When we checked the order moving ot of the waiting line, noticed neither they had placed any napkins nor did they place any sauces. Just to get sauces, we had to turn around the car. Step out of the car and get inside locked door waiting to be let inside. The whole purpose of ordering thru the drive thru or online order was failed.
When entering the store to get the sauces. I was hoping Brandon or his team would get the sauces, he lead me to where the sauces were kept. I happened to mention, I had ordered and you had forgotten. I was expecting he'd acknowledge it yet i recieved 'sure'. It sounded like the sauces weren't given or I was being greedy. I was quiet disappointed. I had to head back as he had forgotten grilled burrito, no complaints there.

I wanted to recognize Brandon Lavender for the outstanding job he does as a manager at Taco Bell. Every time I visit, Brandon is professional, respectful, and leads his team with a positive attitude. He works hard to make sure customers are taken care of, the restaurant is clean, and orders are prepared accurately and as quickly as possible.
What stands out most is his leadership. Brandon isn’t afraid to step in wherever he’s needed, whether it’s helping the crew, assisting customers, or keeping the restaurant running smoothly during busy times. He treats both employees and customers with kindness and respect, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
It’s clear that Brandon genuinely cares about his job and takes pride in what he does. Managers like him make a big difference, and his dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Taco Bell is fortunate to have someone with his work ethic and commitment leading the team. Keep up the great work, Brandon—you’ve earned this recognition!
