We waited 45 MINUTES after we ordered to get our food, everybody was only focused on the drive through and everybody inside just had to wait. Luckly the manager came in and made our meal herself. Woulf NOT recommend

It was my first time trying a crunchwrap, and its first impression was phenomanal, the cooks were so nice to me and the food all throughout was amazing, not just the crunchwrap, love the people there, i go almost everyday not just for the food, but for the service as well, so i advise everyone whos reading this to do the same, and the special thing is that this taco bell specifcly is the best one ive been to out of the others, so shout out to this taco bell and everyobe working in it, thank you.
This is thw worst taco bell around here. They never talk to the people in the lobby. Went to pick up a mobile order and was told I have to go inside for my DRIVE THRU order. Then no one would talk to me or give it to me. Let alone the fact that my order is ALWAYS messed up and they NEVER have syrup in their baja. Absolute trash location. Go to ANY other taco bell if you want to save a headache.

Went in to put an order in for me my fiance and my in laws from his side. Took my order about 1:15 a.m at the kiosk as required and needed to use cash but the order went completely through because it brought me back to the home page. i end up waiting 30 minutes to get asked what my order is THREE TIMES! then the lady that barely speaks english talks to the man on shift and she comes back saying there’s no order for destiny so we can’t make it must have gotten served off the screen and we can’t do anything without it. i was not the only one they made leave like that but they were rude, not fast paced like they are supposed to be and the place was DISGUSTING!!! will never ever go there and i’m not even from here! we were just hungry after a long day of driving!!!
Whoever was working the headset / taking orders at the drive through at 10:30 PM on 04/17 was insanely rude.
I got into the drive thru line and i sat for probably 5 minutes in absolute silence. Usually you’ll get a “give me one moment and I’ll be right with you” but I got nothing. So i was a little confused and after waiting for that period of time I said a gentle “hello?” In case they maybe didn’t realize a car had pulled up and was met with an EXTREMELY rude “GIVE ME A MINUTE we are extremely backed up. Just be patient.” I have worked fast food before. I know how it can be, but there was no reason for a staff member to snap at me like that. I was being patient, I just wanted to make sure they knew I was there since nobody had said anything to me in the time that I sat there. I was willing to wait, that didn’t bother me. But sitting there without having ANYTHING said to me and then the tone in which I was spoken to when I tried to check in was unacceptable. I left without ordering and will not be back to this location.
