  Was refused service at the walk up ordering stall & was told they were drive thru only. They only had a few cars in line & a couple of cars in the pull up ordering stalls. This happened on July 4th & it's not the first time I've been denied service at the walk up stall at this location.

  Last night on the 4th of July we stopped to get drinks. I had wanted a Tropical slushy that everyone was hyped about. We pulled into a stop and my husband tried to order, there were other cars parked and we were told drive up available or whatever . Go to order and this women was so rude and hateful. No customer service skills whatsoever. I know you busy and people don’t want to work that’s Sevier County for you. Everyone wants money but don’t want to work for it. You could have been a lot nicer , as for us we live right behind the Pigeon Forge location but will NOT be back. Kindness, Customer Service go along way. This location could use some customer service skills for sure. Rude as heck.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes he said it would be just a moment then after the 20-minutes he said oh it'll only be 10 to 15 more minutes so we ended up leaving, there were only two cars in front of us in the Drive-Thru line...

  It was not busy at all when we ate at 3pm. The metal tables are very corroded. There were 5 of us but we didn't order much I only ordered a pretzel stick and mom and dad a chili dog with fries a piece and some chicken strips and fries for each kid (2 kids). They messed up Dad's chili dog order suppose to have just chili and mustard and onions (it had everything). So I went back and they gladly replaced it for free, just for us to find they messed it up again ( it had no chili on it). Still grateful for blessed food we just ate what we got.

  When I pulled up to place my order a woman came over the speaker and said "im going to need you to hold on - ill be right with you." Mind you, there were 2 cars parked and nobody else in the drive through. After 5 minutes, I got the sense that it was a war of attrition and she was hoping id drive away. I was on the phone and said "really? This is ridiculous" and then she responded to take my order. She asked if my order was complete (a simple milkshake), I acknowledged it was. Then she said "you can pull forward to the window, you're welcome by the way." It's like, don't take it out on me because you have to do you job - perhaps you could find something else for her to do there, I dunno. The silver lining in my experience was that the young man at the window was much nicer.
