We’re from Augusta and hadn’t been to Shoney’s in about 20 years, but my husband wanted to come here to celebrate his birthday—and I’m so glad we did! ❤️ Our waiter, Bryan, provided exceptional service! He was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His great attitude truly made our visit special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nostalgic, and Bryan’s service made it even better. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Bryan, for helping make my husband’s birthday celebration so memorable! 🎉❤️

I don’t normally do google reviews but I want to make sure that the manager Robin( I hope I spelled that right if not I apologize) gets the credit that she deserves. She was going nonstop and did not hesitate to stop and assist with a medical need my dad had. She went above and beyond and I want her to know how grateful we truly are.

We have three museums on the schedule for today and wasn’t sure where to stop. It’s funny because we tried to stop at a Shoney’s a couple hundred miles away and it was closed. We just thought it wasn’t meant to be. And then we got here and realized there’s multiple of these restaurants so we knew we would probably be trying this out sometime in the five days we were here. We stopped for brunch and they had breakfast and lunch on the buffet. The food was pretty good and hit the spot. Our server was very nice. I believe his name is Ismail. We had a goal of not eating it any place that we could eat at around our home and this was another one. We’ve never tried before. I would eat here again if I had the chance.
