  Worst experience at the Hut ever. We came late late at night during an event. Ordered at 11:45 and they closed at 1. Restaurant was very quiet and slow. The restaurant staff all seemed dirty, like they need a bath. The tall thin male who wanted to help asked the number on my receipt. I had tossed it and couldn't find it. "If you can't find the receipt, I can't find the pizza. " I told him I can recite the exact order but he said, "that can't help me find your pizza. " So my guy friend who is taller than him comes in and asks for the reprint of the receipt, then hands it back to him and says, "maybe you can find it now." He gave us an eye roll and a huff. Also, the pizza was crap. Hahaha. Not worth it.

  The service was terrible..thought pizza hut was all the sane,but on vacation . We stopped in We dine in and had to ask for plates,had to ask for forks,had to go get our food and carry back to the table . The food was cold ..cheese sticks use to be my favorite..they was awful . It was clean but that's about it .one lady at the front taking orders was very rude . I dont complain...but I will not go back and spend 50.00 there again .

  It would have been a zero stars if that was allowed. Made the mistake of trying one of the only pizza hut’s I know of that’s still open (should’ve known better when they are going belly up). Walked in (with my large family) half the dining area was closed off, the place smelled of sewer gas (which should’ve been enough to leave, but no, I wanted to really live out some nostalgia so I looked passed the sewer gas). Nobody was in the place (which again, should have been a warning). Ordered 5 pizzas for my large family, we sat down (as the only people in the place) and waited for over an hour for pizza. Kids were at their end by now after Dollywood, so I walk up to see what was going on and they all looked dumbfounded. They asked what my order number was, I showed them the receipt, they looked around the place. After talking to all the staff, they brought out our pizzas in boxes. I asked how long they were done, he said he didn’t know, “they were just sitting here”. I asked for a discount because they were just sitting around and they said I could have a free desert. I grabbed my old pizza, grabbed my kids, and we headed out the door to never return or patronize a Pizza Hut again, the nail in the coffin has been set. I could go into more details of bad, but my stomach is starting to turn after thinking through the many red flags as I walked in the door. In the end, we ate the pizza at the hotel and the one that had the Veggies on it (for my wife and I) wasn’t even cooked and the cheese looked like it was 3 weeks passed the expiration date.

  Awful! You have to pay $2 a bottle for Parmesan and red pepper flakes.... Also pizzas were not done all the way... The 2 at the front taking orders seemed to hate their life and not want to be anywhere near this place... No smile, no thank you. Nothing. Very rude Very dark place

  Wouldn’t waste your time going here at this location at least, Over charged for my order then when I brought it to the attention of the worker at the front counter the two employees were very snotty. I understand while busy it’s hectic but no need to be rude and disrespectful. Just don’t waste your time or money go anywhere else 🤦‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
