- BBBurlington3 days ago1.0Not sure how a restaurant manages to run out of ketchup, pickles, and cheese, but here we are. We waited 20 minutes for cheese that was supposedly “on the way,” only for it to never show up. Then we ordered our food and discovered they didn’t have ketchup either. Apparently, they were also out of their regular pickles and decided to replace them with some off-brand sweet pickles without bothering to tell anyone. If you’re going to substitute ingredients, the least you can do is let customers know. It’s pretty hard to enjoy a meal when the restaurant can’t provide the basics. Poor communication, poor execution, and an overall disappointing experience.

I got the little bacon cheese burger and omg-it was so delicious! I got a small fry and the portion was massive! They were delicious and my tastebuds are super happy!
- CCCandyOct 8, 20264.0The food was delicious but the lady at the counter that took our order wasn’t to friendly or welcoming to us it felt like we were an inconvenience for her and she was in a hurry for us to hurry up with ordering she cut us off verbally a few times repeating what we were saying but not getting it right. I can only ask if you could please wait until the order is verbally completed and then repeat the order back to the customer just to be sure the order is right that would make the process less confusing for your customers I didn’t understand because we were the only customers in the building and they didn’t close until 11:00 pm and it was only 7:30pm the guy in the back brought our order to us he was very nice and friendly.

I came in trying to order a deal that was only on the app. The gal working the register was super patient with me, and walked me through how to order. She checked on me a few minutes later, and made sure I was able to complete my order, and then offered me a water while I was waiting. I'll come back again, because of how well I was treated.
