  When I’m on my way to work in the mornings, I pass by several Dunkin’ locations, and this one in Pigeon Forge is my number one, the best customer service. I’ve been going to this location for over a year, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The staff is super friendly, and ever since the first week I went there, they remembered how I like my drink and always make it exactly the way I like it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Waiting 20 minutes for two plain bagels is already ridiculous, but what really made it unforgettable was the staff. Especially the red-haired woman, whose idea of “customer service” apparently involves laughing at customers for being understandably annoyed. Instead of, I don’t know… doing their job or offering a simple apology, they found it funny that people were waiting forever for the most basic order imaginable. Truly impressive. If your goal is to feel disrespected, ignored, and mildly mocked while waiting for food that should take 2 minutes, this is definitely the place for you. Otherwise, save your time, your money, and your sanity.

  After four days of nothing but hotel coffee — which, as the very nice lady at Dunkin’ agreed, is not real coffee — we finally stopped in for the good stuff. The ladies working there were friendly, pleasant, and quick to help. Even though they were out of the ingredients for the chocolate‑banana drink I wanted (end of the month supply issues), she still made me a really good coffee that absolutely hit the spot. I also grabbed my mom a strawberry‑glazed doughnut, and she loved it. Everything about the visit was easy and pleasant, and the staff made the whole experience feel welcoming. A much‑needed caffeine rescue after days of hotel coffee.

  As Aussie travellers on a budget, we always seek value and bang for buck — not the cheapest option, just genuine VALUE. We’d already eaten for the night, but we were craving a final sweet hit before calling it a day, so we ducked into Dunkin’. What a beautiful way to end our night. We arrived a little before closing time and waited patiently while the staff handled the drive‑through orders. And then came the gesture that absolutely made our evening — the staff member doubled our order free of charge as a thank‑you for our patience and a warm “welcome to Dunkin’.” It was such a lovely moment, and it didn’t go unnoticed. THANK YOU SO MUCH for our delicious order — far too many donuts (in the best possible way) and a fab warm drink to wrap up the night. It hit the spot in ways we never saw coming. Even though the variety was limited after a full day’s trade, we still managed to take home a fun little selection — including items we might not have chosen ourselves. It actually worked out perfectly as a tester for what to order next visit. The store was in the middle of its end‑of‑day clean, with floors being mopped as closing time crept in, so I’ll also note that everything was clean and well cared for when we stopped in. A simple stop… but such a memorable one.
