- BLBrianne Lytle1 day ago1.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but the level of customer service we experienced at this Domino's was unacceptable. We are in town for work and, after a long day, ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. The app showed our order as delivered, but we never received it. We called the store, and they asked us to check with the front desk before calling back if it wasn't there. That was a reasonable request, so we did. The front desk confirmed they did not have our order. When we called back, the employee who answered was immediately rude and dismissive. He repeatedly insisted he had left it at the front desk and told us to go ask again. After making a second trip to the desk and again confirming there was no pizza, we called for a third time. Instead of trying to help, the employee became irritated that we were calling. He continued insisting he had delivered it, then finally admitted that no one was at the front desk when he arrived, so he "just set it on the left side." In other words, our order was left unattended in a public hotel lobby where anyone could have taken it. While it isn't necessarily his fault that the pizza was stolen, it is his responsibility to ensure an order is delivered to the customer or to hotel staff—not abandoned in a public area and marked as successfully delivered. Rather than apologizing or taking ownership of the situation, we were met with attitude, blame, and frustration for simply trying to locate the food we had paid for. Only after arguing the point did he reluctantly agree to remake the order. What made the experience even worse was that when he delivered the replacement pizza, he felt the need to confront us again instead of offering a sincere apology. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Mistakes happen. Orders get misplaced. Food gets stolen. Customers understand that. What is far less understandable is being treated with disrespect for reporting a problem that was created by the delivery process itself. The pizza was fine, but the customer service was among the worst I've experienced. Based on this experience, I would not order from this location again.

The staff are very friendly and kind and although the stress level because of the high demand customers they still welcome people and smile, and do you requests just the way you like.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. I even changed my order after placing it, and they were very accommodating and happy to help. If you’re looking for fast, friendly service and a team that genuinely cares about taking care of customers, I would definitely recommend this location. Great experience!
