  We ordered pizza at 4p for a 6p delivery. I called at 6:20p in which they told me it hadn’t been picked up yet by DoorDash and would contact them. It is 7:08p we still have no pizza and had to call them 2x to get updates. They took no accountability, offered no solutions (just blamed DoorDash) and finally we called again to cancel the order and request a refund. Terrible service. Mistakes happen and even if their not your fault, as a business using DoorDash service you are accountable to make sure people receive their orders, and if something goes wrong you rectify it.

  I cannot say enough positive things about both the customer service and the pizza itself, absolutely fantastic! Customer service: we tried to order through Door Dash and our order was picked up by a dasher (confirmed when I called to check the status of our order with Black Bear) and never marked as such in the app or delivered to us. When I reached out to the dasher they immediately dropped the order. I called Black Bear back and they immediately remade and delivered fresh pizzas! They went above and beyond when they could have simply said tough luck. Pizza: both the hand tossed and cauliflower crusts were great, toppings were plentiful and fresh. They were literally overflowing on the meat pizza! The cheese quality was phenomenal, to the point I would order just a plain cheese pizza happily. 5/5 highly recommend!
