  Shamar and Mallory we're the dream team they went over and beyond to make sure I got the ice cream I was craving !!! It was super delicious😋

  Only gave 2 stars cuz the ice cream was obviously good.. its Ben & Jerrys! However, the people working there were incredibly rude, rushed you and I seen them mess up on peoples orders a few times (not entirely their fault cuz its super loud in there but thats not the customers fault either) and when the customer corrected them they rolled their eyes before throwing the ice cream in the trash very dramatic. The menu is a bit intense as well and doesnt really break down how you order.. I just asked for Sundaes they had pictured and labeled on the wall and was met with tons of questions that I wasnt sure how to answer without being upcharged like crazy. A little patience would have been nice. I waited in line like everyone else. 😊 Im sure its hard working in a tourist area so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still kept a smile on my face and tipped, but this was the one place we went on our trip where the employees were just straight up not nice.. with the location they will continue to make tons of money though. So I doubt they care about one bad review. 😂 But if youre a parent looking for a place to get your kids some ice cream, I would recommend a different place in the area where they are a little more friendly.

  Absolutely amazing place. The way that the workers talked to me, the looks that they gave me, it all just made me feel appreciated. I have never really felt that way. There it was, the service 10/10. I didn’t even mention the wonderful food. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I felt the cream just go down my stomach, and it tasted wonderful all the way down. I just cannot believe it. I would definitely go back. Thank you to the Ben and Jerry’s crew! ❤️❤️❤️

  We had a wonderful experience at Ben & Jerry’s at The Island in Pigeon Forge! The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with plenty of flavors to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and amazing. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The service was fast, the atmosphere was fun, and it was the perfect treat while enjoying The Island. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!
