  Loved that they not only had waffle cones, but waffle bowls. Way more flavors than other Ben & Jerry's stores.

  This place is so good and everytime anyone asks where they should visit on the island I direct them to the Ben and Jerry’s YUMMYYY staff also very kind!

  Almost $25 for two small ice cream cups just to be completely rushed in ordering with zero other customers in the store. Will not be back.

  Enjoyed going in here, from the decor (cow benches) to the friendliness of the employees plus the other customers. Yes, the prices are a little higher, but it's Ben & Jerry's. Even a basic milkshake is gonna be at least $3+ depending on where you go & what size you get. I enjoyed the hot fudge sundae & will return when in the area.

  I had a great experience at the Ben & Jerry’s location at The Island in Pigeon Forge! Even though there were big lines, the staff did an amazing job keeping everything moving quickly. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and handled the crowd really well. The service truly stood out. The shop itself has a nice interior and a fun ice cream atmosphere that makes the experience even better. And of course, the ice cream was delicious—exactly what you expect from Ben & Jerry’s! Overall, a very good experience. I’m happy to recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
