  It was okay! We went right before the closed at midnight and drive thru was only open, but the line went fast and food was hot and fresh i had no compliants.

  Food was fresh but they were out of Arby’s sauce and ketchup in the store and had packets they were giving out which is fine but when you try to give a customer 1 package for a half pound roast beef and they argue when they want more it’s ridiculous. We spent over $65 for 4 adults and two kids and have to put up with bad attitude manager because her staff didn’t show up. Won’t be back here!

  Arby’s – Pigeon Forge, TN I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and specifically requested NO BACON and NO LETTUCE. The receipt clearly shows “NO Bacon,” but my sandwich still came with bacon. Please double-check customers’ orders before handing them out. Some customers remove ingredients because of allergies, dietary restrictions, or personal preferences. Taking a few extra seconds to verify custom orders would help prevent mistakes and improve the customer experience. I hope this location improves its attention to order accuracy.

  Got to the drive in window and sat for about 10 minutes without them talking to us then when we could they rushed us not letting us get our correct order. They were also out of alot of the food we wanted and when we went to fix our orders they already closed it as soon as we left.
