  I ordered and paid online. I didn’t tip through the app I always give cash. I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal, tater tots, and an onion ring, it came with a medium drink, and 2 corn pups. I get there I’m waiting 7 min ( the food should have already been ready) someone comes out to verify the order and says “ I’m gonna have to remake your food because your order was given to someone else”. I am waiting and waiting and waiting 14 mins goes by then this young woman comes out with my food. I handed here $2. The bill was $22. She looked rolled her eyes. I casually look an ask for ketchup and mustard, she huffs comes back with 2 pkts of ketchup and 1 mustard. I have tater tots onion rings and corn pups. I asked for some more and she looked at me with the stare of death and said “well it wasn’t on the ticket you wanted ketchup and mustard”, she then turned walked back inside come back and literally standing on the curb threw th ketchup and mustard through my car window. I get home I have a double cheese burger literally that’s it’s no dressings just 2 paddies that appear to have been cut in half to make it look like a double, but wait I ordered a triple, 4 tater tots, 3 onion rings ( yes 3 at a price of $4), 1 corn pups, the only thing correct on the order was the drink. So my total wait time for fast food was right at 30 min, not very fast. NEVER-AGAIN

  A coworker and I were on our way back home from a 16 hour shift in Nashville. When we pulled in a person asked if they could take our order. Before co worker could complete the order the communication stopped. We waited for approximately 15 or so minutes. A guy wearing a beanie comes out and talks to us. He said he'll get our order taken care of. We were passed multiple times by servers. We tried to get the attention of some workers inside to no avail. Finally after about 30 we were brought our order. The servers were extremely rude. I can't begin to count how many people arrived after we did and had no issues. They were there, served, and gone. My Co worker was even going to tip the person who finally brought us our food. This was on a Sunday evening. There was no rush or any reason for us to be treated the way we were.

  Hey! Stop smashing the Chilli Cheese Coney wrapper into the hot dog! Everytime I pull it out the eat, all of the cheese gets yoked off the top! And nobody ever wants that much crushed ice in their drink! ..... but yalls milkshakes.... always fire 😁
