  The Parsons Tn store has the rudest employees, managers any store could have but I have always ordered from them because I love McDonald but After placing an order online for $33 showing my receipt we were told basically too bad that it’s not in their system. Don’t appreciate like I’m trying to pull something over. We literally spent about $150 a week at your store between breakfast and lunch 5 to 6 days a week but guess what I’d rather not eat and put up with this crap from you. I expect a refund in my account or I will turn it over to my attorney.

  I always have a pleasant experience at this McDonald's location! They are friendly and smiling most all the time even when the line is long. That isn't easy in the fast food industry!

  This McDonald's got my order wrong and had the audacity to tell me to go back through the drive-thru and reorder made no attempt to rectify the problem I will go anywhere else but here
