I love my 7 brew they are always friendly and helpful. Service is spot on and fast. One day I wasn't sure what i wanted, because I wanted to try something new. They took the time to help me with suggestions for new drink options.

ZERO STARS. Opening time is supposedly 5:30 am. I arrived at 6:00 am. Two workers were sitting in their parked cars with their doors open, and there was nobody working the building. Ultimately I rolled down my window and as soon as I began to ask a question a tall female with glasses got out of her vehicle and stood feet away from me yelling very rudely “WERE NOT OPEN” and when I stated it was 6:00 am she again rudely yelled “WERE NOT OPEN” and she refused to greet me or explain. No apology, and absolutely no kindness. Straight RUDE behavior.

I usually enjoy going to this location and drive 45mins to do so but may be changing my mind. I have never been to one and had to spend as much time waiting in line (1hr) yes they were busy but nobody seemed to be in much of a hurry.

I ordered one drink on the app today. I arrived at 11:18A to get in line. I am pulling out of the parking lot at 12:20PM. While I understand delays and waiting, this was excessive. I asked the brewista taking orders to come to my vehicle after she was taking orders from vehicles behind me, but had not taken them from me or the vehicle in front of me. She replied, “then where are all these orders from.” When my order was scanned, there was no concern or apology for the wait times, and the brewista walked off after taking my payment without so much as a “thank you.” Another brewista brought drinks out to the vehicle in front of me twice, and had to return them because it was not the correct order. I pull up to get my drink, and she said “I don’t think we have your order.” I explained that I ordered online and was scanned in and paid. She left, came back and asked if my order was something that was not my order. I told her that was not it, and repeated my order. This brewista did politely say she would have them make it. To say I’m very frustrated is an understatement, but I have remained respectful. Hopefully these issues can be worked out! I’ve gone to other 7 brew locations and never had this experience.
