- CKCraig Kaemke5 days ago1.0This is the last straw for this place. What a joke, 3.7 stars is too many considering the service and quality of food.Twice I've had to get my food refunded because of hair that was found embedded in the chicken tenders. Also another time my wife ordered a fried chicken sandwich and received a sandwich made with cold tenders. Almost forgot, tonight they gave me my 3 drinks with no ice, including a freshly brewed sweet tea that was about 90 degrees. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant.

- AHAc HyblSep 10, 20264.0Meh, food wasn't very good. Update: I think my problem was that I was vegetarian when I went there the first time. I've since opened my mind to chicken and actually really do like the chicken they served here. Better than Chik-fil-A nuggets actually. Adding a star.
- SRSun RidersAug 25, 20261.0Review I recently visited the Jack’s in College Dale, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The employees were openly talking negatively about customers and their orders while working, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. I also placed three separate to-go orders, and the employee taking the orders clearly seemed frustrated and unhappy about it. I understand that working in a restaurant can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. The behavior I witnessed from the employees was embarrassing and does not reflect well on the Jack’s brand. I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated and the professionalism of the staff.
