So I made sure I heard that correctly so I repeated what was just told to me. “So you’re your telling me that I can not spend my money here and get a drink with no ice? I even suggested to give me less of the drink and the girl was very dismissive of my request and declined to give me a drink with no ice. This is the only location that has said this for my request of no ice.
- AAAshleyFeb 12, 20261.0Food order was not even close to correct, the hot drinks came out iced, we had to ask for napkins and everyone there seemed like they were angry and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix anything. There’s also some kind of odor coming from around the front register area. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Maybe they just need better management, but something should probably improve if they want to keep customers
