  Rounding up on customers who pay with cash is not okay. A consumer shouldn’t be punished for paying with cash, I don’t care that it’s two cents, it’s the principle that I’m paying more for the same amount of drink than someone with card. Change the price for all or none. You’re making money regardless. The greed is ridiculous.

  This has honestly been the worst 7 Brew stop I’ve experienced. I’m from Texas and have been stopping at different 7 Brew locations throughout our road trip, and unfortunately the customer service at this one was very disappointing. I sat behind another car for about 10 minutes while the employees continued having a long conversation with the customer in front of me, even though he had already received his drinks. I eventually switched lanes and ordered two Banana Blondies, one decaf, both with cold foam. When I received my drinks, neither one had cold foam. I politely explained that I had clearly ordered cold foam on both, but instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was met with attitude and felt like they were upset with me for pointing it out. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but the way a customer is treated when asking for an order to be corrected makes a huge difference. Very disappointing experience, especially compared to the other 7 Brew locations I’ve visited.

  Ordered a Blondie with almond milk and one Blondie with whole milk cup of coffee and received it very cold. I was very disappointed

  i always come to this 7brew and usually always have a great experience. But today i came by and got a drink i get quite frequently and it was not good, so i came back around and asked for them to remake it and the blonde girl with orangey hair and fake eyelashes was extremely rude and i could hear her talking about me to the other staff? i’ve never had such a rude employee at this 7brew and the new drink i got remade is still gross but i didn’t feel like going back around and dealing with that rude blonde girl so there’s $7 wasted! And i even gave them the disgusting drink back because it wasn’t even drinkable and she acted like i was stupid when i know what my drink should taste like???
