Pure disappointment. Do not waste your time or money here. I work directly across the road from this Sonic, so I stop here for lunch a couple of times a week. Unfortunately, that won’t be happening anymore. I placed my mobile order at 1:39 PM as I was leaving work. The app estimated it would be ready by 1:44 PM, which is typical. I checked in and waited in a stall like always. By 2:00 PM, nobody had come to my car or acknowledged my order. During that time, I watched countless cars that arrived after me go through the drive-thru and leave. Since I had already checked in on the app, I couldn’t cancel because I had already been charged. I pulled to the drive-thru speaker hoping someone could help. I sat there until 2:10 PM without a single person answering the speaker. Eventually, I had no choice but to pull up to the pickup window and tell them I either needed my food or my money back because I had to return to work. I finally received my order at 2:18 PM—almost 40 minutes after the app said it would be ready and nearly 40 minutes after I checked in. By then, my mozzarella sticks were cold, my shake had melted, and the entire meal was disappointing. What made the experience even worse was that there was no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from the staff. While I was waiting, I watched three cars leave the drive-thru without ordering because no one would answer the speaker. At one point there were seven cars backed up, and still no one was taking orders. It was obvious this wasn’t an isolated issue. This location needs serious intervention before it becomes a thing of the past. People simply won’t continue spending their money somewhere that provides this level of service. As someone who has supported this Sonic regularly because of its convenient location, I’m extremely disappointed to say that I won’t be returning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this is the second time coming here and no one answering to take my order, once someone did after probably 15-20 minutes, I waited in line for another 20ish minutes before I just pulled out without getting my food, it is pathetic “fast food???, waiting almost an hour before leaving without it?……. What is everybody in the back having their lunch breaks? This place either needs to hire new people that take their job seriously and are on it or hire more people!
There are people that are on lunch breaks that need to get back to work and do not have an hour to wait in line , just to have to leave without anything!
I WILL NEVER be coming back here!

No matter how many times you say your order it’s still going to be incorrect, server who brought out our items dropped the receipt and proceeded to take the Lords name in vein extremely loud. Will never return to this location.
I ordered on the app. After I checked in, I sat for about 30 seconds. They had my food ready and it was hot and fresh. Very happy with my experience 😊

The employees tell you that they are sorry for taking so long but the question is why is there only 1or 2 working. Where is an assistant manager or manager even. These kids cannot run a fast food restaurant. They need supervision, guidance, training and well staffed.
