  Spent almost 5 min asking for what I wanted and still was brought out the wrong thing. Young lady that brought out tried to tell me well suggest what I should do the next time. Politely told her about the time I spent telling the first person what and how I wanted my order. Order was brought out by someone else. Get home to a cold burger. My first mind told me to leave when I had to do all the explaining but didn’t

  My grandchildren were visiting from out of town and had never been to a Sonic. So I fixed that. My grandson loved the Smash burger and he my granddaughter could not get over the ice cream/ shakes selections. They were thrilled with the experience so I was too. Our attendant was great, even playing along with me about eating dinner first before dessert ha. To me, it was just Sonic, but to a couple of 9 & 10 year olds it was an incredible adventure.

  Not sure why I came here in the first place after always being messed over with my food but I decided to give it another chance and they left something off of my burger I politely asked for the item and they never brought it and they weren’t even busy…needless to say this particular sonic will never see me again.

  Ordered number 4 combo double cheeseburger they failed to put lettuce or tomato on it

  Food was cold, and fries had been cooked several times in the same oil, very nasty. Didn't put napkins in the sack.
