  They first start my order with a rude tone then i continue my order they then say they have no ice cream and as we are order someone then yells in the background then we continue and ask for red bull charger they state that they are out of red bull and say that they are stopping them and then before i say anything else they keep the previous chargers we had they leave them on there and charge for it and completely stop my order staff was very rude i would not recommend here.

  The food is fine if you can actually get what you order. They literally never get our order right. Today we were missing the milk from our child's meal and the bacon from my burger. Not a day ruiner but it's VERY frustrating when everything is so expensive and you're not getting what you paid for.

  This is the worst sonic location I have ever been to. Wait times here are astronomical and have been for years. This location definitely needs to close the drive through because there are multiple people working, but they don’t seem to delegate well enough to deliver food to the stalls. To the point that I’ve seen altercations between customers and staff when they’ve gone to the door to see what is going on and the staff shuts the door in their face, AND turning people away when they pull up. Not that there should be altercations over food at all, but yeah, insane wait times. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you have an hour plus to wait for cold mediocre food.

  I honestly just wanted to say thank you to the workers here. Me and my family have been to Sonic many at times and honestly avoid the one in oak ridge due to poor service however we had a large order and they were quick to prepare it and it was the best Sonic we have had. To the ladies there I hope they see this message.

  I hate to leave a negative review because I genuinely enjoy the food, but I’ve had repeated issues with payments at this location. On a previous visit, my card was charged twice and I never received a refund despite disputing it. Today, I paid with cash to avoid any problems, but I was given less change than I should have received. When I questioned it, the employee even acknowledged something seemed off but told me to “just take it” instead of correcting the amount. The staff has been polite, but there appears to be a consistent issue with handling payments accurately. At this point, it’s hard to trust that I’m being charged correctly. I strongly recommend double-checking your charges and counting your change carefully if you visit this location.
