They don’t bring out more pizza after they get cold, it’s ridiculous it’s not even good anymore, it’s going down hill. They would rather add spicy pizza that I can’t eat even after I’ve asked for a pizza that I like they don’t bring it out. Also it’s like 57 dollars for 4 people. I took a slice of one of the other pizzas and it tasted like it was on the buffet for 7 hours. And they won’t fill up the syrups in the fountain machine and further more the management is lazy don’t do anything. And plus they just stand around not working the guy in the red shirt doesn’t do anything. As well the restrooms were nasty and the food made my stomach upset. Not to mention the broken lock on one of the stalls.

This place has went down hill. Way over priced for the food and service. The kids working at the front counter are only interested in talking with each other rather than doing their job.At least 10 to 12 tables that still had dirty dishes on them for my entire visit and no one cleaning up. Had to get up and get our on glasses and the drink machine was nasty. Most of the pizza on the buffet was old and not fresh. I would stay clear of this place. There’s plenty better to choose from here in oak ridge.

Really disappointing compared to what it used to be I used to come to Pizza Inn in Oak Ridge when it first opened and I was in high school, and honestly, it was the shit. I loved the thin crust pizza and the variety on the buffet, so I was excited to come back after many years. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I were extremely disappointed. When we arrived, the pizza bar was nearly empty, and what little pizza was left looked old and like it had been sitting there for quite a while. I ate a salad while we waited for them to bring out fresh pizza, thinking surely they would refill the buffet soon. After about 15 minutes, still no fresh pizza had come out and there was basically nothing worth eating. At that point, we gave up, got up, and asked for a refund. It’s pretty hard to justify paying for an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet when there’s no pizza to eat. Really disappointing to see how much this place has changed from what I remembered.

Been there a few times in the past but man has it gone downhill. Went in the afternoon to see pizzas barely changed out. Maybe changed 1-2 and took forever for a request. Waited 35+min for a requested pizza on the line….there were only 4-5 families there. If you want cold pizza go there(didn’t even have the old pizzas under lights). Will be going elsewhere for sure. At one point 2-3 adults were in the kitchen and some new items were being put out. Guys, it’s dough, cheese and toppings….your net profit is not worth people being turned off cause you can’t supply what literally is your business.

Bare any pizzas on the buffet and old sauce for the pasta on the bar the cashier/hostess seemed more interested in talking to a young guy at the front tables had plates piled on them maybe 3 staff in back that I could see with one cooking and the waitress that bused tables would go back to bring pizzas to the bar I can’t recommend anyone eating hear for the quality of food an service that I got was not worth it major changes would have to happen.
