- HHHeatherJun 21, 20261.0I go here once a week. I used to wait in the drive through and the drinks were good. Then I realized I could save a lot of time doing mobile pickup at the window and that was a big mistake. My usual drink, the golden eagle, tasted much less sweet and had quite a bit more milk in it. I noticed I could ask for it extra sweet on the app and so I started doing that. 9/10 they completely ignore that and my drink is nasty and doesn’t taste sweet at all. I also ask for my daughter’s hot chocolate to be warm temperature and it’s scorching hot when I get it. I reached out to corporate and they offered two free drinks which I appreciated, but if it happens again to have my drink remade. I said thank you for the free drinks, but respectfully I should not have to do this most of the time. I then asked to speak with the manager at the store. That email was ignored. I’m extremely dissatisfied. Whoever makes the drinks for pickup needs to read order instructions and do better.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
