  I have gone to DQ for many years and have never been treated rude;y until now. Muscle bound tat guy was mean and rude when I tried to pickup Sundays. He demanded I step back I was too close to employee only area. No signs or lines that says employee only. I have gone to the dairy counter for years without a problem. Life is too short to go to restaurant and be treated rudly.

  The guy said something really weird to us in the drive thru that made no sense. He said he wasn’t sure how we ordered and that they don’t offer what we ordered but they would make it anyways. We ordered off the app specifically for this location so yeah you do offer it and it’s displayed on the menu outside. I ordered a medium and ended up with a mini and they gave my bf a Medium when he ordered a small. Never coming here again

  Stopped in to use the restroom and no soap in the bathrooms. How are employees that are making your food washing their hands?! Yikes!

  If you ask me about why it closed back in the 2000s or whatever in Oak Ridge. After my latest visit to the new one, I can see why. They told me to pull forward and forgot to tell me my total and I thought I was good cause I read the sign. They charged me $2.59 for a bottled water without telling me the price which wasn’t on the board like it was an alternative to soda. I pull up and the person was texting for half a minute in direct view of the drive-thru window and to top it off when they handed me all my food the person looked at me and said, “You can go now”. I’ve worked in fast food and this is not okay. I’m vague on who it was because this is not one person doing this. This level of malice is ignored and left to fester affects the workplace atmosphere and all the negative reviews are about service. At this point it’s corporate or manager’s fault for not hiring better or the very least training the ones they hire to act professionally as a bare minimum. Never buying DQ again and will tell others the same. Not the first and not unique to this location.
