  Ordered my food no problem. Came to the drive thru window, no greeting just hands me drinks. I ask for lemons and he replies with “we don’t have any, they aren’t cheap.” Whatever that was fine I guess then I get handed my food and say thank you and no reply, no “have a good day” or anything. I look In my bag and there’s no straws or napkins, and my bo berry biscuit has no icing on it. Maybe try to do the bare minimum or hire someone that actually wants to be there. I’ve worked fast food and I actually cared about presentation, it’s clear they don’t care here

  This very unacceptable, smh. Terrible food and customer service... it was too late and out of the way to take this back.

  I ordered the 3wing meal. I was told that they didn’t have any ready and it would take about 15 minutes. I told them that was fine with me I could wait. 20 minutes go by and I ask how much longer it would be. “12 minutes “ they say. When I asked them why they don’t just let me know that it would be longer than they thought they looked at me like I was being unreasonable and said “well we had to batter and season it so we can’t just take it out” WHAT!? That has nothing to do with good customer care and communication! All you had to do was tell me and now that I’m upset I’m treated as if I’m the problem. I will most certainly not be going back to that location. My advice to anyone who does: if they say 15 minutes don’t believe them. Plan for 30 and for them not to tell you.
