Because we don’t wanna talk to a robot who will mess up our order anyway. The response we got was, "If you break our AI, it's a $30k fine." It came across as unnecessarily rude and made us feel unwelcome. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't feel like they're being snapped at over a harmless joke. Rude lady. Left promptly.

I pick up my food and notice very clearly they left something out so I loop back around to some kid shaking the cobbler in front of my car as im rolling up and smirking as if they did not leave it out of my order to begin with. Not a problem... until I get home and see the most pathetic excuse for a piece of chicken, clearly old, crunchy and only slightly warm. I then drove all the way back to the store only to find the lobby is closed during the day for whatever reason so I tell them I need it remade and want a refund for my trouble having to come back twice for 1 order to which all employees in the building begin to barrage me on why im upset with the situation (mind you, while they have another customer also waiting). Me being upset at their blatant negligence was more important to them than solving the problem they created. Store manager (im assuming) tells me they cannot refund without receipt so I bite the bullet on that but still want them to remake the order. They proceed to mess up the order AGAIN, leaving out the cobbler.... AGAIN! Management is an issue for not training or holding employees accountable, but then again how could you blame your employees for any of this when you yourself can't do the job correctly? I will be escalating this issue
