The owner himself was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. We have some dietary restrictions and he made sure it was what we needed and that we were happy with our order. They were very busy when we visited, but he still took the time to check on us and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the outstanding hospitality is what will keep us coming back. Highly recommend this location!

First off you don’t tell my kid what to do second off you can ask “me” nicely. So I smarted off and said “ya; don’t smudge the glass because it takes only 10 minutes to clean”. Which I normally don’t condone tit for tat but my mother bear kicked in after she bossed my 4 year old “kid” around. Would like for the manager to train teenagers on how to deal with kids considering kids love ice cream. They are learning. Thank you!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
