But this time I went on May 9th at 6:30pm and my family was treated rudely by a teenager with pigtails and pink hoodie. She had the nerve to tell my son to stop touching the glass and told me to tell him not to smudge the glass. I understand to an extent but not how she said it. First off you don’t tell my kid what to do second off you can ask “me” nicely. So I smarted off and said “ya; don’t smudge the glass because it takes only 10 minutes to clean”. Which I normally don’t condone tit for tat but my mother bear kicked in after she bossed my 4 year old “kid” around. Would like for the manager to train teenagers on how to deal with kids considering kids love ice cream. They are learning. Thank you!

We sampled a few flavors and loved everything we tried so it was a hard decision but we got a shake and some waffle cones. The new owner was very welcoming and friendly and the lady working with him was great and gave some great recommendations on flavors she loved. We will definitely be back soon. We love to support locally owned places.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
