  Ok time service polite welcoming attentive and great great food. Very clean bathrooms clean stocked well. Food hot fresh& fast. And right. All the managers are very nice& prices are great love this place ...

  Just wanted to brag on an amazing young lady who i witnessed go above and beyond for some elderly customers at the oak ridge location. Her name is Alaina and watching her kindness really warmed our hearts

  I ordered the same thing as always, French dip but this time I did not receive any thing to dip into and Paul did not receive his ice tea or sauce. It was 1:30 pm not busy.

  Dear Arby's employee. Thank you for stacking not 1 but 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches, and 2 medium curly fries on top of my French onion roast beef sandwich I mean French onion pancake. To the cook your Awsome it's not your fault. To the bagger you need to stop smashing sandwiches. I work for my dollar just like you do. Nobody likes there sandwiches smashed not even you so why do it to other people.

  I love the chicken salad and I got the first one in a long time. The bread was burnt and so much lettuce I don't recall the lettuce. My amount of chicken salad was very very small and I only had one nut and a half of a grape. I'm not sure but I believe that if something costs this much for goodness sake don't burn the bread and if you do don't pass to customer. So I will not have it anymore .
